PRIVACY POLICY

This Policy covers all information that may or may not identify a user (including personal data) in accordance with applicable legislation (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data"). This data may be obtained when the user uses any programs and/or websites owned by our company (hereinafter referred to as "Products").

By providing our company with your personal data, you give us full and unconditional consent to process them, including the possibility of transferring data outside your country of residence, in accordance with this Policy.

1. Key Provisions

1.1. This Policy is an official document of our legal organization registered in Ukraine at 32 Velyka Diyivsʹka St., Dnipro (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). It defines the procedures for processing and protecting information about individuals (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who use the Company's website, services, and applications.

1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about Users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.

1.3. The collection, storage, transmission, and protection of information about Users of the Products are carried out in accordance with this Policy, other official documents of the Company, and applicable legislation.

1.4. The current version of the Policy, which is a public document, can be accessed by any internet user at the following link: https://privacy.cvhub.app. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the Policy. Previous versions of the Policy are available in the Company's document archive.

1.5. This Policy has been developed and is used in accordance with the Terms of Service published at https://tos.cvhub.app. In case of discrepancies between this Policy and other official documents of the Company, this Policy shall prevail.

1.6. By registering and using the Products, the User agrees to this Policy.

1.7. If the User does not agree with the Policy, they must immediately stop using the Site and its services.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

2.1. The Company processes information about Users, including their personal data, for the purpose of fulfilling the Company's obligations to Users regarding the use of the Products.

3. Terms of Use

3.1. By providing services to the User for using the Products, the Company acts reasonably and in good faith, assuming that the User:

- has all necessary rights to register, install, and use the Products;

- provides accurate information about themselves to the extent necessary for using the Products;

- is familiar with the Policy, expresses their consent to the Policy, and accepts the rights and obligations specified in the Policy.

3.2. The Company does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about users, except when such verification is necessary to fulfill the Company's obligations to the User.

4. Scope of User Information Processing

4.1. The Company may process the following categories of personal information depending on the User's use of the Product:

4.1.1. Personal information provided by Users themselves when using the Product, including surname, first name, patronymic, phone number, country of residence, address, age, expenditure and income data, account balance, email, Skype number.

4.1.2. Electronic data, such as IP address, cookies, browser identifier data, hardware and software information, mobile operator name.

4.1.3. Date and time of access to the Product, including time zone.

4.1.4. Information about activity during the use of the Product.

4.1.5. Geolocation information.

4.1.6. Information received from third parties in accordance with agreements between Users and third parties, as well as agreements between the Company and third parties.

4.2. The Company automatically obtains information using cookies when the User accesses the Site. The User can limit or disable the use of cookies by adjusting their browser settings. Cookies are not malicious and do not contain viruses.

4.3. If the Product provides a facial editing feature, the Company states that it does not process User images and does not have access to them. Such Products allow the User to edit and save images in their device's memory without transmitting them to the Company.

5. Processing User Information

5.1. Processing personal data is based on the following principles:

a) Legality of the purposes and methods of personal data processing.

b) Fairness.

c) Compliance of the purposes of personal data processing with the purposes stated at the time of collecting personal data, as well as the Company's authorities.

d) Compliance of the volume and nature of processed personal data, methods of personal data processing with the purposes of processing personal data.

e) Prohibition of combining databases containing personal data created for incompatible purposes.

5.2. Terms and purposes of personal data processing.

The Company processes the User's personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract between the Company and the User regarding the provision of services.

5.3. Transfer of personal data.

The Company may transfer personal information to third parties to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy. Such third parties may include:

a) Partners, including website and application owners, advertising networks, and other partners providing services related to displaying advertisements on websites or services owned or controlled by partners.

b) National and/or international regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, central or local executive bodies, other official or governmental bodies, or courts to which the Company is obliged to provide information in accordance with applicable legislation upon request.

c) Third parties if the User has given consent to the transfer of personal information or the transfer of personal information is necessary for the provision of services or the performance of a specific agreement or contract concluded with the User.

d) Any third party to ensure legal protection of the Company or third parties in case of a violation of the Company's terms of service, our services, this Policy, or the terms governing the use of specific services, or in the event of a threat of such violation.

5.4. Storage and use of personal data.

Users' personal data is stored and processed only on electronic media using automated systems, except in cases where non-automated processing of personal data is necessary to comply with legal requirements.

The Company retains the User's personal data for the purposes for which they were collected and deletes them upon the termination of the use of the Product or upon the expiration of the mandatory storage period for personal information as provided by applicable legislation. When the necessary conditions are met, the User's personal data will be completely erased.

6. Rights and Obligations of Users

6.1. You have the right to access personal information about yourself that the Company processes in accordance with this Policy.

If the information about the User is incorrect or incomplete, the User can independently correct or supplement the personal information (if possible through the Product) or contact the Company and request the correction or supplementation of the inaccurate information.

In addition, the User has the right to:

a) Request the complete deletion of personal information.

b) Request the limitation of personal information processing.

c) Object to the processing of personal information.

The Company will comply with such requests in accordance with applicable legislation. Please note that since most User information contains data related to a specific browser or device and does not allow for the unambiguous identification of the User, providing additional information may be required to identify the User's personal information stored by the Company and accurately fulfill the User's request.

To exercise these rights, it is necessary to contact the Company (see Section 7 of this Policy).

7. Feedback

7.1. Users have the right to address their inquiries to the Company, including inquiries regarding the use of their personal data as mentioned in Section 6.1. of this Policy, in writing to the following address: 32 Velyka Diyivsʹka St., Dnipro, Ukraine, or as an electronic document signed with a qualified electronic signature, to the following email address: support@cvhub.app.

7.2. The Company undertakes to consider and respond to the User's inquiry within 30 days from the date of receiving the request.
